Very clean hotel. When we arrived the reception from the person working the desk was cool. I assume she was tired. The next crew was very helpful. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the breakfast. This is the first Holiday Inn that I have stayed in where the breakfast was not free. Just a very different experience. Would still definitely stay there again! Comfortable beds and very quiet!

Was here for a company function in December 2018. Room was just OK, noise all night long. We were required to use our own credit card to pay instead of honoring our corporate reservations.

Our room was super dingy and musty... I didn’t want to walk on the carpet with bare feet due to the carpet being filthy. If you stay here, bring socks. Or better yet, get a different hotel!

Ok room, room looks like it needs a bit of repairs. Carpet mostly. Breakfast in restaurant. It worth the amount paid. Take a short trip outside, money is better spent at one of the locations near by than at the hotel breakfast.

The hotel isn't great, but it isn't "1 Star". The issue is the front desk. They are VERY poorly trained. There were extra charges on our credit and debit card, because the girl checking us in didn't know how to do the transaction properly. When we noticed the extra charges, we called the hotel and got Adriana. Again, she was very poorly trained and didn't have a clue how to fix the issue. When we asked for a manager, Adriana said that the manager (Will) would be in at 9am. It was 8:52am. At about 9:30am, we called back but was told by Adriana that Will was in a meeting with the owner. We waited until 12:30pm and called back for Will. We were then told that Will wouldn't be available the rest of the day. I asked for the owner of the hotel (since he was "in a meeting at the hotel"). Somehow, Adriana was then able to get Will on the phone. Basically, a two night stay costing $250 in total ended up being charged as over $700 on our cards. Will did get on the phone with us, but the issue still wasn't resolved. We were basically told to wait a few days and see if the extra $450 in charges fall off. If not, call them back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION! We were there for a basketball tournament at the Round Rock Sports Complex next door. Though the location is very convienent to that fieldhouse, it is worth staying a block away at another hotel.
